Therapy and Supervision at Distance:
Sessions can be arranged using video conferencing, telephone or email to enable you to access counselling or supervision from your own home or chosen location, at a length of time to suit you - rather than the traditional hour or hour and a half. You do not have to be familiar with technology to access these new ways of working. It avoids the cost and time of travel and enables social distancing. I have undertaken extensive training to work online as well as face to face

Clinical and Consultative Supervision: The relationship between supervisor and supervisee can be one of your most effective told in improving your practice. My work is founded in a sound ethical, relational and theoretical basis for practice. Working with you to find answers to workplace dilemmas, improving reflective practice, developing skills and critical thinking, supporting self-care, resilience, and guarding against becoming overwhelmed. I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision.
If you are looking for practical ways to help with managing the impact of past trauma, such as domestic abuse or sexual exploitation and enable you to find insight into your own or others experience of addiction, anxiety and/or depression, I will help you to access information and practical strategies founded in neuroscience.
